Find Your Personal Equinox

Hi Reader

At 7:19 today, 22 September, the autumn equinox arrives—one of the rare moments when day and night stand equal and the planet quietly resets.

Every six months we witness this natural equilibrium. It’s a small invitation to pause and recalibrate, much like a tightrope walker making constant, subtle shifts to stay upright. Lean too far to either side and the balance is lost.

Tonight, give yourself a similar moment of stillness.

Consider how you spend your days: what claims most of your time and attention—work, leisure, endless problem-solving, or avoidance?

Take a sheet of paper and sketch an honest map of a typical day. Notice the contrasts. Where is the weight heavy? Where is it light? What could you adjust to feel steadier?

Now ask yourself:

What is one thing I want to cultivate in the next six months?

List three actions that will support it and three habits or distractions that could hold it back.

As the world tips toward longer nights, let this brief equality of light and dark be your reminder: balance is not a final state but a living practice.

What will your life look like when your own light and dark meet halfway?

And Reader, remember to keep moving forward, one step at a time. You’ve got this.

See you next week!
